Key questions

Who can apply?

Experienced importers, distributors and wholesalers with an established route to market — for example pharmacy, wellness, spa, retail or online marketplace channels — who can handle importation in their territory. See the partner programme.

What does the range include?

Three non-powered acupressure plates sharing one 32 × 34 × 4.5 cm footprint: AirSeat (gentle; seated, or standing as the entry-level plate), Acu Flex (medium to firm, standing barefoot) and Pebble Path (firmest, standing barefoot).

What is the trade minimum?

Generally one 20ft container. The container mix across the three plates can be discussed; exact quantities are confirmed with your quotation.

Is my territory exclusive?

Not automatically. Exclusivity is negotiated individually with qualified partners and only applies when agreed in writing, including volumes and a launch plan.

Can I get samples?

Samples are available on a collect basis using your own FedEx or DHL account, once your application has been reviewed.

What are the payment terms?

Terms supplied by the manufacturer: prices quoted FOB India, 30% deposit with your order and the remaining 70% on completion, before loading or dispatch. Orders are invoiced directly by Parsana. No prices are published on this website.

Who makes and who represents SoleWell?

The plates are made in India by Parsana, the manufacturer, which invoices orders. SoleWell UK is the exclusive international representative for all territories outside India and handles partner enquiries and sample arrangements. More on About SoleWell.

What about compliance and export specifications?

Labelling, barcodes, documents and final export specifications are confirmed case by case for your market. Certificates, test reports and specification sheets come from the manufacturer and are shared with qualified partners for their own review before an order is confirmed. You remain responsible for local import requirements. See supply and logistics.

What happens after you enquire

1. Submit a partnership enquiry describing your company, territory and route to market.
2. SoleWell UK reviews it personally and aims to contact suitable businesses within two working days.
3. If there is a fit, you discuss the range, container mix, quotation and samples.
4. Documents and market-specific labelling are reviewed with you before an order is confirmed.
5. Production takes approximately 25 days from confirmed order, plus shipping to your port.
