How to use
- Place on a flat, dry, stable surface.
- Step on barefoot, gently, with support nearby.
- Begin with 2–3 minutes (no more than 5), holding a sturdy chair, wall or worktop.
- Build up gradually to 10–15 minutes; never more than 20 minutes per session.
- Use only within your own comfort.
Before you use it
Do not use a damaged plate, on broken or irritated skin, or in a way that risks a fall. Stop immediately if there is pain beyond the first minute, numbness, pins and needles, bruising, swelling or dizziness.
