What the form collects
Company and contact information, business email, optional phone and website, country, proposed territory, business type, current route to market, years trading, what you currently trade, an optional approximate annual turnover (used only to review the enquiry), indicative volume, launch timing, relevant experience, launch capabilities, any support you would like and a short description of how you would introduce SoleWell. Earlier applications may include a free-text message. Marketing consent is a separate optional choice.
Where information goes
Applications are stored privately in SoleWell’s Lovable Cloud project for review of trade partnership enquiries. Visitors cannot browse other applications. Enquiry details are also passed to SoleWell’s private HighLevel CRM account so a team member can review them; no automated emails, texts or marketing campaigns are sent.
Marketing is optional
You do not need to agree to marketing to submit a trade application. No marketing messages are currently sent, even when this box is selected.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising pixels, analytics trackers or marketing cookies have been added to this website. Platform hosting may use technical services. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts.
Before public launch
The controller identity and privacy contact are provided above. Applicable lawful bases, retention periods, the full rights-request process and any required international-transfer information must still be finalised before public launch. Please use only test data while this review notice is in place.
