All international partnership enquiries, samples and orders are handled through our UK office.

We work with experienced importers, distributors and wholesalers who already have an established route to market, such as pharmacy, wellness, spa, retail or online marketplace channels. Partners should be able to take a minimum of one 20ft container and handle importation in their territory.

Yes. Samples are available on a collect basis using your own FedEx or DHL account, released once your application has been reviewed.

Plates are packed 20 per master carton (35 × 68 × 50 cm) and shipped FOB India from Pipavav, Mundra or Nhava Sheva. You arrange freight, insurance, customs clearance and duties; packing lists and shipping documents are provided with every order.

Production takes approximately 25 days from confirmed order, plus shipping time to your port.

SoleWell plates are inspired by traditional reflexology. Their sculpted surfaces help stimulate the reflex zones of the feet, helping tired feet feel revived and aiding relaxation, from gentle (AirSeat) to firm (Pebble Path).

Begin with 2–3 minutes, holding a sturdy support, and build up gradually to 10–15 minutes. Never more than 20 minutes per session.

Stop immediately if there is pain lasting beyond the first minute, numbness or pins and needles, sharp pain up the leg, bruising, swelling or dizziness. Do not use the standing plates with reduced foot sensation (such as diabetic neuropathy), open wounds or foot infections, phlebitis or DVT, unhealed fractures or recent surgery, or during pregnancy unless cleared by an obstetrician. Ask a healthcare professional first if you have a circulatory, joint, spinal or cardiovascular condition.
