AirSeat is the gentle seated or entry-level standing plate; Acu Flex and Pebble Path are two firmer barefoot standing plates. Acu Flex is medium to firm; Pebble Path has the firmest contours.

- 30% advance deposit by T/T; balance of 70% payable against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) and shipping documents. Invoiced directly by Parsana. Final terms are governed by the written commercial quotation and order confirmation.

- Who can apply?
- We work with experienced importers, distributors and wholesalers who already have an established route to market, such as pharmacy, wellness, spa, retail or online marketplace channels. Partners should be able to meet the standard minimum export order of 15,000 units and handle importation in their territory.
- Is my territory available?
- Ask the UK office about your proposed territory. Availability is discussed after we understand your market and sales channels; submitting the form does not reserve it.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- The manufacturer's standard minimum export order is 15,000 units per export order. AirSeat, Acu Flex and Pebble Path can be mixed to reach it. Container size and loading plan are confirmed with your quotation.
- Can I request samples before committing?
- Yes. Samples are available on a collect basis using your own FedEx or DHL account, released once your application has been reviewed.
- How long is the lead time?
- Manufacturing takes approximately 20–25 days for a standard order of 14,000–21,000 units from confirmed order (manufacturer-reported, indicative). Sea transit to your port is separate.
